Our journey. Our love story. June 2002 — the first meeting: a little dive bar in Chicago, a forgotten work bag, a second-chance encounter and an exchanged phone number. November 2023 — the adventures: after long-distance calls and Chicago meetups, our first trip to Las Vegas kicked off Italy, Spain, Mexico, Brazil and beyond. October 2024 — closing the distance: Jezarae moved to Morton, Illinois to start a life with Nathan, and in April 2025 we bought our first home together. June 2025 — the proposal: Nathan brought Jezarae back to The Lodge, where they first met, and in that very place he asked her to be his forever.
